The game is said to be much darker than previous Nomura made games, and it is said that the game will be very realistic. The kingdom that Noctis belongs to has technology that is supposed to be superior than any of the nations surrounding it, and it looks like a modern-day metropolis, with high-rise buildings and roads that look like freeways.
