Final Fantasy Versus XIII

Game & Battle System

Final Fantasy Versus XIII is set to release after Final Fantasy XIII, so it will be some time before real time battle footage and gameplay is shown. What is known about the gameplay, though, is that it will be a realistic derivation of Kingdom Hearts and some elements of a third person shooter. In Dengeki Playstation Magazine, Nomura said that the battle sequences will be tricky, and are like that of the movie Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.
