An official release date for Final Fantasy XIV has been announced by Square Enix. Final Fantasy XIV will release on September 30, 2010 for the PC. The release window for the PS3 version, however, is a more vague March 2011 release. Pricing for the PC version has also been announced, but so far there isn’t a price for the PS3 version. The PC version of Final Fantasy XIV comes in two versions, the standard version and the collector’s edition. The standard version will cost you $49.99, and the collector’s edition will be $74.99. There is no word yet on if the PS3 version will receive a collector’s edition as well. There is still a subscription fee to play Final Fantasy XIV online, and that amount if $12.99 per month. Check out the list below to see what you will be getting with the collector’s edition of Final Fantasy XIV if you decide to buy the game.
