Not much is known about the world of Final Fantasy Versus XIII other than existing in a planet within the same universe as FFXIII. The kingdom that the prince belongs to has technology that is supposed to be much more superior than any nations surrounding it, and to us, appears to look like a modern-day metropolis, with high-rise buildings and roads that look like freeways.
